Information that may be associated with your account
- Contact and business information you provided.
- Authorized Facebook Page or Instagram account identifiers and access permissions.
- Access tokens stored in secured automation or credential systems.
- Content, captions, media, schedules, and workflow data used to provide services.
- Security, support, and limited website-usage records.
How to request deletion
Email your request
Send an email to jason@dermodyai.studio with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include your name, business name, and the email address or Facebook account used to authorize access.
Revoke Meta access if desired
You can immediately revoke the app's access from Facebook Apps and Websites settings. Removing the app invalidates the associated authorization.
Receive confirmation
We will verify the request, remove information and credentials under our control, and send confirmation within 30 days. We may request enough information to confirm that the requester is authorized to act for the account.
What deletion covers
- Personal and business information held solely for the connected service.
- Stored access credentials and active automation connections under our control.
- Working files and workflow records that are no longer legally or operationally required.
Information outside our control
Content already published to your Page remains under your control on that platform. Meta or another provider may retain information under its own policies. Limited financial, security, or legal records may be retained when required by law.
